Care Leadership Position

We are seeking a dedicated Care Supervisor to manage and coordinate the activities of a team of Social Care Workers and Healthcare Assistants in a family home setting.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Directing and overseeing social care & HCA staff performance
  2. Developing policies and procedures, managing operational aspects, Health and Safety protocols, staff supervision, training and evaluation, and rostering of care staff
  3. Managing the day-to-day running of the establishment with efficiency
  4. Evaluating and monitoring services to ensure high-quality service delivery

An ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum level 7 in Applied Social Care qualifications
  • Thorough knowledge of Principles and Practice of Social care
  • Understanding of management principles and practices
  • At least three years' experience in related field
  • Full Driving License is essential for job requirements
