CPL Healthcare are looking for a dedicated Care Supervisor to manage a team of Social Care Workers and Healthcare Assistants in a family home setting in Drogheda on behalf of our client who delivers high-quality homecare services to individuals.

As part of your role, you will:

· Have supervisory responsibility: Responsibility for supervising social care & HCA staff

· Be implementing all policies and procedures and in carrying out tasks related to budgets, Health and Safety, staff supervision, training and appraisal, and rostering of care staff.

· Manage operational aspects concerning the running of the establishment.

· Ensure that the service provided is of highest possible quality within available resources. Assist with the evaluation and monitoring of the service.

· Ensure that all service user, SCW's & HCAs are enabled and encouraged to participate in all decisions affecting their lives, the design of services to meet their needs and users within the home. Report shortfalls to the Management.

An ideal candidate will have:

· A Minimum level 7 in Applied Social Care

· A thorough knowledge of Principles and Practice of Social care.

· Understanding of basic management principles

· At least three years' experience

· Full Driving License is essential
