Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dublin. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients with queries and concerns.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Taking ownership of customer issues from start to finish to ensure a positive experience.
  • Investigating and resolving complaints efficiently, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive data.
