A Customer Service Representative role involves putting customers first in everything you do. You will be the face of our company and have a significant impact on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include handling all products with care, maintaining quality, and ensuring they reach the customer in the best condition. Additionally, you will keep the shop floor and back areas clean and tidy at all times.
You will also use the training received to follow department routines and processes, as well as follow all company policies and adhere to Health and Safety routines.
The ideal candidate should be able to give great, natural customer service by proactively smiling, greeting, acknowledging and helping customers. You must be able to prioritize tasks to ensure anything you do is right for our customers.
