Customer Service Representative

Ryanair is currently recruiting for a role that involves providing exceptional customer service to its guests.

About the Position

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working effectively to meet targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Handling of customer contacts by email, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution
  • Appropriate handling of customer queries/complaints, with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Reporting and communicating to management on problems which arise and suggesting solutions to overcome them
  • Liaising with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization on a regular basis
  • Ad-hoc tasks pertaining to Customer Service
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service experience with a proactive attitude
  • Fluent spoken and written English is essential, with another European language desirable but not required
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (specifically Word and Excel)
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Detail orientated; ability to complete large volume of work quickly and accurately
