Key Responsibilities:- Working effectively to meet targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Handling of customer contacts by email, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution
- Appropriate handling of customer queries/complaints, with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Reporting and communicating to management on problems which arise and suggesting solutions to overcome them
- Liaising with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization on a regular basis
- Ad-hoc tasks pertaining to Customer Service
- Excellent customer service experience with a proactive attitude
- Fluent spoken and written English is essential, with another European language desirable but not required
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (specifically Word and Excel)
- Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Detail orientated; ability to complete large volume of work quickly and accurately
