Job Title: Guest Relations Manager

A Guest Relations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the needs of VIP guests are met and that all guests have an exceptional experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Meet, greet and direct guests who enter the lobby area to provide a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Act as the main point of contact for VIP guests and ensure hotel departments are fully briefed on their requirements.
