As Guest Experience Manager, you will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and building strong relationships with guests and internal teams. You will lead a dedicated team of professionals across Reception, Events, and Switchboard, empowering them to excel in their roles through coaching and supervision.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of leadership experience in a similar role and possess excellent financial acumen, communication skills, and interpersonal skills. They will thrive under pressure while maintaining a proactive and intuitive approach.
Key Responsibilities:- Enhance Client Services: Ensure exceptional operational standards by enhancing the quality of client services.
- Monitor KPIs: Assess guest satisfaction and operational efficiency by monitoring key performance indicators.
- Foster a Client-Centered Environment: Regularly meet with team members to foster a client-centered environment.
- Coordinate with Internal Departments: Swiftly resolve guest issues by coordinating with internal departments.
- Support Recruitment and HR Activities: Support recruitment and human resources activities, including onboarding and development reviews.
- Lead and Motivate Team Members: Lead, motivate, and train a diverse team to achieve operational goals.
- Facilitate Feedback Sessions: Drive continuous improvement by facilitating feedback sessions.
- Contribute to Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning and succession initiatives.
