Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized welcome experiences for all guests, anticipating their needs to exceed expectations.
  • Assist guests with luggage, directions, transportation arrangements, and local recommendations to create lasting impressions.
  • Ensure smooth handling of guest vehicles in accordance with established procedures and maintain a secure environment for valuable belongings.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel services and nearby amenities to assist with reservations for taxis, restaurants, theatres, flights, and events.
  • Handle guest correspondence and inquiries (telephone, email, in person) with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless communication with colleagues and management, attending briefings and training sessions as required.
  • Adhere to high standards of performance, upholding policies, and security responsibilities at all times.
  • Support night porter duties when necessary.
  • Contribute to revenue growth by positively promoting all hotel services.
  • Take on training and supporting junior team members to foster a culture of excellence.
