Welcome to a fascinating opportunity in the hospitality industry. As a Desk Concierge, you will be working closely with guests to deliver exceptional 5-star service and ensure their stay is nothing short of memorable.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized welcome experiences for all guests, anticipating their needs to exceed expectations.
- Assist guests with luggage, directions, transportation arrangements, and local recommendations to create lasting impressions.
- Ensure smooth handling of guest vehicles in accordance with established procedures and maintain a secure environment for valuable belongings.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel services and nearby amenities to assist with reservations for taxis, restaurants, theatres, flights, and events.
- Handle guest correspondence and inquiries (telephone, email, in person) with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure seamless communication with colleagues and management, attending briefings and training sessions as required.
- Adhere to high standards of performance, upholding policies, and security responsibilities at all times.
- Support night porter duties when necessary.
- Contribute to revenue growth by positively promoting all hotel services.
- Take on training and supporting junior team members to foster a culture of excellence.
