Food and Beverage Operations Manager Job Description

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Food and Beverage department, maximizing guest satisfaction, team member performance and business results. Your key responsibilities include promoting and ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment, and delivering only the highest quality products.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong team environment to achieve operational excellence
  • Deliver prompt, courteous service in accordance with brand and Food and Beverage standards
  • Handle daily team member relations and encourage problem solving through proper training and empowerment
  • Monitor all purchasing and costs in the department to ensure spend is in line with procedures
  • Ensure departmental sales are achieved in line with the hotel budget

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Food and Beverage/Restaurant operation
  • Passion for leadership and teamwork
  • Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
  • Excellent guest service skills
