As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for guests and play a key role in ensuring their experience is exceptional.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and greet guests, providing personalized service and responding to their queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Serve as a liaison between guests and hotel departments, ensuring that their requirements are met and exceeded.
- Seek feedback from guests on a regular basis and use this information to improve our services.
- Manage guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of customer service across all areas of the hotel, including Reception, Lobby, and Executive Lounge.
- A luxury mindset, anticipating guest needs and personalizing their experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry, preferably in a luxury property.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and dynamic approach.
