
Exceptional Guest Experience Coordinator

This role involves delivering exceptional guest experiences to passengers, visitors, and crew. The Guest Operations Specialist plays a key part in supporting day-to-day operations, providing information relevant to guests' flight requirements while ensuring compliance with airport authority, Immigration, and Customs guidelines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing assistance with invoicing queries for guests and suppliers
- Raising and processing invoices in a timely manner
- Maintaining VIP lounge supplies and adhering to high standards of cleanliness and presentation
To be successful in this role, you should possess previous aviation/airport operation experience, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes.
