Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the delivery of exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve outstanding results.

  • Catering Operations: Coordinate the setup, execution, and breakdown of catering services, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of catering staff, providing ongoing feedback and coaching to enhance performance.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee the flow of events, including food service, beverage distribution, and guest interactions, ensuring efficient logistics and timely delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven Leadership Experience: A track record of successfully leading teams and driving results in a similar environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and staff alike.
