We are seeking an experienced Café Manager to lead our front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and a warm atmosphere for customers.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture, guaranteeing outstanding service, quality food presentation, and prompt resolution of customer queries.
  • Maintain a clean, efficient, and organised café environment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage the point-of-sale system, monitor transactions, and ensure accuracy in cash handling.
  • Oversee stock levels, liaise with suppliers, and ensure visually appealing food displays.
  • Enforce food safety and hygiene regulations, implement best practices, and promote a safe environment for staff and customers.
  • Recruit, train, and develop front-of-house staff, cultivating a positive team culture.
Requirements:
  • Previous managerial or supervisory experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing teams.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities, with confidence in engaging customers.
  • Food safety training and awareness.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
