Support Professional for Young Adults

We are seeking a Support Professional to work with young adults in a residential setting. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable individuals.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide support and care to young adults in a residential setting.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- To participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- To promote the rights and responsibilities of each young person within the service.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Third Level Degree in Social Care or a related field.
- Proven experience working with vulnerable populations, preferably in a residential setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A working knowledge of child protection policies and procedures.

- Base hourly rate of €18.54.
- Generous premium rates for live nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
