TM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the Public Sector to recruit a Temporary Office Coordinator to join their fast-paced team in Donegal. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing daily office operations, supporting clinical scheduling, and ensuring smooth communication across multiple teams and office locations.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a self-directed role and brings a strong grasp of IT systems and database management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including appointment scheduling and calendar coordination.
  • Monitor and manage email correspondence and communications with staff across the Region.
  • Maintain and update internal databases with accuracy and attention to confidentiality.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of services.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required – this role involves typing, filing, and report writing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • A high level of IT proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate experience in managing and maintaining databases.
  • The ability to work independently and manage office operations without direct supervision.
