Flexibility and Adaptability Merchandiser

The role of a Part-Time Relief Merchandiser is to ensure that all merchandising guidelines are being adhered to, with emphasis on Planogram compliance and maximising promotional space.
This includes stock rotation and daily stock orders, which may involve some heavy lifting. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for optimising the replenishment of stock on display units and sections.
- Liaise with field supervisors, store managers, and sales representatives.
- Prompt and accurate reporting on all store visits.
- Ensure all products have correct SEL placed in front of the product.
- Merchandise all promotional ends and ensure correct pricing is in place.
- Capture before and after photographs.
- Liaise with store manager prior to leaving to ensure they are happy with work completed.
- To support all product launches and promotions across all serviced brands.
- Familiarity with technology is essential.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills are required.
- Organisational skills are also necessary.
- You must be proficient in English (verbal).
- A hardworking, polite, and professional attitude is expected.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
