Expert Personal Tax Compliance Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Personal Tax Compliance Specialist to join our tax division in Dublin.
- Lead the gathering of client information, oversee trainee assignments, and drive the achievement of monthly tax return targets.
- Review and facilitate the issuance of personal tax returns for a diverse portfolio of domestic clients, ensuring timely and accurate compliance.
- Provide expert guidance to junior team members on income tax returns, capital gains tax implications, and research.
- Distinguish complex tax compliance issues and identify opportunities for further client involvement, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
About You:
- Certified tax expert with relevant years of post-qualification experience (PQE), possessing a deep understanding of personal tax compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Solid grounding in technical expertise related to personal tax compliance, combined with a track record of meeting compliance deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
- Adept at articulating complex technical concepts and outstanding client management and communication skills, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
