Job Title: Department Manager

A successful candidate will lead a department team to achieve business objectives, enhance customer experience, and foster a positive work environment. Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and tasks
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve sales, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals and promote a cohesive store environment
- Monitor and control stock levels, optimize warehouse operations, and minimize waste
- Lead by example, demonstrate strong communication skills, and resolve conflicts effectively

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar retail role, preferably in a supervisory capacity
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and coach team members
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer-centric solutions
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic retail environment, with a willingness to learn and grow
