We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Project Editor to join our dynamic team at Redwood Publishing Recruitment. As a Senior Project Editor, you will work alongside the other members of the Editorial and Digital Teams, as well as liaising closely with the Commissioning, Production, and Sales Teams. Your main responsibilities will include managing your own programmes within an expanding list, working on primary and post-primary titles, and delivering print and digital programmes.
You will be responsible for managing author relationships, providing frequent updates on progress, identifying risks, and suggesting solutions. With a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of project management, you will work closely with designers, proofreaders, illustrators, copyeditors, subject matter experts, and junior members of staff associated with your projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results, and will be passionate about education and publishing.
