Job Overview

We are a leading Brand Experience Agency based in Dublin and London. Our team works with global brands to deliver experiential campaigns, conferences, trade exhibitions, retail installations, employee award shows, and sponsorship activations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, building trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Proactively address client needs, provide strategic insights, and ensure expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Lead complex event projects from concept to execution.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to navigate challenging circumstances.
  • Collaborate with clients to define strategic goals and event objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction to clients, helping them craft events that set trends and capture their brand essence.
  • Oversee and manage substantial event costs while adhering to financial objectives.
  • Conduct detailed post-event evaluations, analysing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in senior account management within an event agency.
  • Proven ability to lead client accounts, influence stakeholders, and mentor team members effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • Advanced project management expertise, prioritizing effectively, and ensuring efficient execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic and innovative thinking, devising creative solutions and contributing to event concepts.
  • Financial savvy and negotiation skills, managing budgets and forecasting costs.
  • Problem solving and resilience, troubleshooting challenges with composure and agility.
