Job Title:

Director of Marketing, EMEA Region

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our EMEA marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B marketing and communications, with a proven track record of delivering transformative, data-driven marketing programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and activating an integrated marketing and communications roadmap that drives brand lift, customer engagement, and revenue acceleration across EMEA. This includes translating regional insights, market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor moves into localized campaigns for diverse EMEA markets.

The role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to partner with executive leadership and the global Brand organization to cascade corporate strategy, cultural initiatives, and change programs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for orchestrating multi-channel digital B2B marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, paid social, display, email automation, webinars, and ABM to enable our go-to-market strategy and accelerate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns to boost digital performance.
  • Own end-to-end product launches, including positioning, messaging, collateral development, and launch events that deliver quick time-to-value.
  • Strengthen brand presence through creative messaging and campaign execution tailored to customers.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in Marketing, Business Communications, or a related field.
  • Deep expertise in B2B marketing and communications, blending agency and in-house roles.
  • Proven track record of leading diverse teams and delivering transformative, data-driven marketing programs across EMEA.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills, creative flair, and a passion for leveraging data insights to drive growth.
