With over 30 years of experience, they design and manufacture custom products, serving leading global pharma and biotech clients.
Due to their continued growth are seeking an accomplished EMEA Sales Manager to spearhead international growth and strengthen partnerships across the region.
*Note this role can be based anywhere in the Ireland market* Role Overview: Develop and execute a high-performing regional sales strategy aligned with business objectives, market trends, and growth targets in the bioprocessing sector.
Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, distributors, and industry stakeholders across diverse geographies.
Represent company at high-profile industry events, trade shows, and conferences, positioning the brand as a leader in bespoke bioprocessing solutions.
Work closely with in-house engineering teams to design and present tailored, value-added solutions that meet complex client needs.
Oversee the entire sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely reporting, and tracking of performance metrics to maximise conversion and profitability.
What Youll Bring 6+ years in B2 B sales or business development in engineering or technical services Experience in bioprocessing is highly desirable Experience in biotech, life sciences, or pharma manufacturing is a strong plus Proven success in EMEA markets Excellent consultative selling and stakeholder engagement skills Comfortable with regular travel to other countries Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g.
