Join Social+
Social+ is on a mission to help brands and creators own their communities instead of renting them on third-party social platforms. As engagement on traditional social media declines and algorithms become more unpredictable, Social+ empowers enterprises to build curated digital communities directly within their own apps, driving higher engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
For consumer apps, engagement is everything. Social+ is designed to help brands keep users inside their ecosystem rather than losing them to external platforms. By embedding community features within an app, brands can foster deeper interactions, increase user retention, and unlock new monetization opportunities.
Your impact:
To accelerate our growth in EMEA, we are looking for anEnterprise Sales Manager EMEAwho thrives in a fast-paced environment, has deep experience in enterprise sales, and brings a well-established network of senior enterprise decision-makers.
AsEnterprise Sales Manager EMEA, you will be responsible for leading new enterprise customer acquisition across the region. This is a hunter role — ideal for someone who knows how to open doors, build trust with senior stakeholders, and close high-value, complex deals.
You will play a key role in expanding our presence across the EMEA region, leading efforts to hire and develop a local team aligned with our goals for market penetration and revenue growth. While you'll help shape and scale the team, this is very much a hands-on role—ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys actively engaging in sales, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves beyond reporting and team management.
This is a remote-first position — there's no need to come into an office. That said, you should be comfortable with travel for in-person enterprise client meetings, attending industry conferences and events, and traveling to team meetings in various global locations.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing across key EMEA markets
- Build and grow a pipeline of enterprise customers through your existing network, outbound outreach, and strategic partnerships
- Deliver and exceed on annual revenue targets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to support your pipeline and customers
- Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and client meetings across EMEA and globally
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline visibility
Your ideal profile:
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of winning new business and exceeding targets
- A true hunter mindset – self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive in identifying and closing new opportunities
- Existing relationships and a strong network with enterprise buyers in EMEA
- Experience selling complex B2B SaaS, tech, or enterprise solutions (six-figure+ deal sizes)
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization
- Comfort working in a fully remote environment with international colleagues
- Business fluency in the English language is a must, any additional European language is a plus
- Willingness and ability to travel across EMEA and occasionally globally (30–50%)
What's in it for you:
Be part of a category-defining company—we're changing how brands build communities.
Global, remote-first culture—work with top talent across different countries.
Opportunity to build from the ground up—you'll play a key role in shaping Social+'s future.
Mental Health Support: Take care of your mind with an allowance to reimburse therapy sessions up to a certain limit. Your mental health matters
Diverse & Inclusive – Work alongside teammates from 15+ nationalities in a supportive and inclusive culture.
Social+ is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all qualified individuals regardless of ethnicity, sex, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation or age.
