Leading Tax Lawyer Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned Tax Lawyer to join our Dublin-based tax team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in tax law and commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- International tax structuring for corporate reorganisations and inward investment
- Mergers, acquisitions, demergers, and Initial Public Offerings (IPOs)
- Tax controversy resolution
- Capital markets and structured finance
- Private equity transactions and transfer pricing
- Asset and project finance, including aircraft and equipment financing
- Real estate tax support
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in tax within a corporate law firm
- Qualified solicitor or barrister with a professional tax qualification
- Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing team environment
