About the Role

Citco seeks a highly skilled Investor Relations Specialist to lead and develop a small team of both senior and junior admins.

  • Perform comprehensive administration services pursuant to administration agreements in respect of a portfolio of hedge funds and private equity funds.
  • Lead and mentor junior admins, ensuring seamless delivery of client services.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout your portfolio of work.
  • Maintain accurate shareholders registers and act as transfer agent.
  • Process subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers with precision.
  • Communicate effectively with investors, conveying critical information.
  • Manage payments and other transactions, maintaining transparency.
  • Deliver exceptional investor-related services to clients.
  • Meet deadlines and expectations of fund participants, adhering to rules and representations.
  • Ensure efficient daily maintenance of all data and records for the Investor Relations Group, including transaction and investor records.
  • Update investor records on transfer agency systems and perform periodic database updates and management.
  • Support auditors and other fund participants and advisers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in investor relations, preferably in private equity and/or hedge funds.
  • Active interest in financial markets, hedge fund, and private equity industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build effective working relationships.
