Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple structural projects simultaneously, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, risk management, and cost control.
  • Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
  • Monitor project performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards on all projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and project engineers, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related discipline).
  • Professional accreditation preferred.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years' experience managing structural projects in a senior capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural design, and project management processes.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and structural design tools.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as required.
  • Experience in large-scale commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices and modern construction technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
