  • We are seeking a Ticketing Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our Box Office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have prior experience in a similar role. We require flexibility, including working outside regular hours and availability during peak periods.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line service and process ticket sales and refunds for personal and telephone callers.
  • Assist customers with general enquiries about facilities, events, and activities.
  • Support the Ticketing Manager with day-to-day operations, including group/sports and social bookings, reporting, and issuing Agency Tickets.
  • Oversee reservations and convert them to confirmed bookings.
  • Maintain customer records on the ticketing system.

Additional Duties

  • Supervise the Box Office Sales Team in the absence of the Ticketing Manager.
  • Support new team members with training and knowledge sharing.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
