Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of scheduled services, ensuring compliance with site schedules and vendor requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule service visits, including the management of permits and support for service engineers during visits.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding scheduling and operational queries.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks such as quotation requests, raising purchase orders, and reconciling costs.
  • Track and report out-of-scope costs to account managers.
  • Attend operational calls, customer meetings, and manage high volumes of emails.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; science qualification advantageous.
  • Proven ability to work independently with limited managerial input.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to manage sudden changes in priorities, problem-solve, and multi-task.
  • Planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Prioritization and meeting deadlines.
  • Effective handling of customer and vendor requests via telephone, email, or in-person.
