The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in legal recruitment, with experience in key account management and delivery in solicitors and practice.
  • The successful consultant will be proactive in networking, building talent pipelines, and presenting candidates to hiring managers.
  • They must have a deep understanding of the client's business and be able to target and hire top talent.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of agency recruitment experience with at least 3 in the legal space
  • In-depth understanding of different types of legal roles and the Irish market
  • Demonstrable experience in winning new clients and key account management of long-term existing clients
  • Natural networking skills and experience to meet and acquire top candidates
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, BULLHORN desirable but not essential
  • Winning attitude and outlook, ambitious, self-starter with high personal standards and expectations
  • Passion about data with the ability to curate talent pipelines on our ATS
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Great phone manner and direct communication with candidates and clients over emailing and messaging
