Endoscopy Nurse Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our endoscopy team in a leadership role.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to lead and manage a team effectively. Additionally, they should possess good time management skills, be able to work under pressure, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the activities of the endoscopy team.
- Maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and departments to ensure smooth patient flow and effective treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Statutory registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
- Minimum 5 years' post-registration experience, including at least 2 years in an endoscopy or related area.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
