Enterprise Scheduling Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Enterprise Scheduling Specialist to provide effective scheduling and coordination services for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule services with internal and external vendors
  • Manage and update scheduled services plans, ensuring timely completion of services and minimizing rescheduling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, including maintenance and repair requests
  • Collaborate with the Scheduling Supervisor to ensure seamless service delivery

As an ideal candidate, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. You will also have experience with planning and administrative tools, such as SAP or Smartsheet.

The Enterprise Scheduling Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
