Accommodation Manager Opportunity

This is a full-time position working 42.5 hours per week in a hotel.

The Role:
  • Work in conjunction with the Hotel Manager/Management Team to oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel.
  • Coordinate and lead a housekeeping team to maintain high standards in all bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
  • Collaborate with Front Office Manager and Reception Team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Provide excellent customer care at all times.
  • Develop staff through training and development opportunities.
  • Source and manage inventory supplies.
  • Attend regular hotel meetings and complete action plans.
Requirements:
  • Essential experience as a Hotel Accommodation Manager/Supervisor.
  • Prior HACCP training is desirable but not essential.
  • Must be fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Be enthusiastic and a quick learner.
  • Be able to multitask and assist where required in various hotel departments.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work early shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
