- Monitor and control all housekeeping-related expenses, including inventory management, purchasing, and stock controls\
- Develop and implement effective scheduling systems to ensure efficient use of resources\
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff members\
- Attend meetings with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operation and coordination\
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance guest satisfaction and retention\
The Ideal Candidate:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accommodation Manager in a high-end hotel environment\
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced hospitality setting\
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members\
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions\
- Ability to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions\
- Fluent English language skills (oral and written)\
