Senior Dietitian Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Senior Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary team providing high-quality care to children and young people with complex needs.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive nutritional assessment and interventions, contribute to individualised care plans, and provide dietetic support and education to families, carers, and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nutritional Assessment and Intervention: Deliver comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop interventions to meet the unique needs of children and young people with complex needs.
  • Care Planning: Contribute to individualised care plans within a multi-disciplinary team setting.
  • Dietetic Support and Education: Provide dietetic support and education to families, carers, and other team members to enhance their understanding and ability to support individuals with complex needs.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Hold a qualification in Human Nutrition approved by the CORU Dietitian Registration Board.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience working with children and young people with complex needs.
  • Registration: Registered or in process for registration with CORU.
  • Clinical Competence: Demonstrated clinical competence in a multi-disciplinary setting.
  • ICT Systems: Proficiency in ICT systems relevant to clinical practice.
