Principal Test Analyst

This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within an organization. It entails test planning, script development, execution, and reporting issues to ensure that all solutions meet required quality criteria.
The Change Management team is responsible for project delivery across the business, including onboarding new clients and delivering system enhancements.
- Review and undertake static testing of business requirements documents and functional specifications to understand functional and technical requirements.
- Raise any issues identified with these documents with the document owner.
- Utilise these documents to create test scenarios and scripts by analysing business requirements and engaging with project team members and subject matter experts as necessary.
Key Performance Indicators include:
- Successful implementation of IT changes and projects delivered on time.
- Work carried out efficiently and accurately.
- Defects reported promptly with sufficient details.
- ISTQB Foundation Test Analyst qualification.
- Minimum Third Level qualification in a relevant computer science/engineering field or equivalent.
- Knowledge of consumer protection regulations.
- Experience in automation testing.
- 2-3 years' experience in financial services.
