Requirements:
  • Technical expertise in automation and/or process engineering.
  • Strong communication skills with a pragmatic approach.
  • Ability to work flexibly and set priorities based on overall plans.
  • Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent planning skills and ability to read and interpret engineering specifications.
Experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience as an automation or process engineer.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP) compliance is a strong plus.
