Project Manager for Biopharmaceutical Automation

The Role

This role requires a skilled project manager with experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of biopharmaceutical processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead project planning, implementation, and execution from business case evaluation to go-live.
- Identify and onboard required project resources and collaborate with teams to drive progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Support budget management through KPI tracking and collaboration with finance teams.
- Implement and ensure compliance with global standards across the project.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and lead monthly site-level project meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Life Sciences or similar.
- Minimum 10 years' project management experience within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, manufacturing operations, and fill finish process.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) highly preferred.
- Proficient in project planning tools (MS Project).
