Squarespace is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our users.
Job Description:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced customer support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Expertise in written communication and spelling/grammar checks
- Ability to prioritize competing requests and work independently
