Job Summary

The role of Junior Quantity Surveyor is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced QS professionals in commercial operations from pre-construction to final account.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team to prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and procurement schedules.
  • Monitor project costs and progress, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project timelines.
  • Support contract administration, including valuations, variations, and final accounts.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:

We are seeking a candidate with a degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

0-2 years of relevant experience is preferred, with placement/internship experience also considered.

Strong analytical and numerical skills, excellent communication and organisational abilities are essential for this role.
