We are currently seeking a seasoned account manager to lead the management and servicing of a commercial portfolio of customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer relationship skills, in-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, and the ability to negotiate premiums on behalf of clients.
This role involves providing ongoing servicing to existing clients, analyzing customer needs, and identifying opportunities to strengthen their risk management structures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and servicing a commercial portfolio of customers to ensure retention of the account
- Analyzing customer needs and identifying opportunities to strengthen their risk management structures
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication and negotiation
- Collaborating with internal teams to provide seamless service to customers
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6-10+ years' experience working in commercial broking or insurance
- Deep knowledge of commercial insurance products, including commercial property, employer's liability, professional indemnity, and commercial fleet
- Excellent customer relationship skills and ability to negotiate premiums on behalf of clients
- Proven track record in customer account management and retention
