Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill a key role within our Operations Team. In this position, you will be responsible for servicing a commercial portfolio of customers and providing end-to-end servicing to a panel of mid-large customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing support to existing clients and closely manage relationships throughout the renewal cycle to ensure retention of the account.
  • Analyse customer needs and identify opportunities to strengthen risk management structures.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for the Sales team where possible.
  • Market and present customer accounts to insurers and negotiate premiums on their behalf.
  • Collect and submit additional information required by underwriters and follow up to ensure placement of the risk.
  • Input all information correctly onto our system and ensure clear and concise file notes.
  • Monitor and review business figures and ensure collection of monies due on the account.
  • Attend customer meetings with the Sales team and provide subject matter expert support as required.

Requirements:

  • 3 + years' experience working in commercial broking or relevant insurance experience.
  • Good knowledge of commercial insurances product ranges across various markets.
  • Professional qualifications such as APA/CIP would be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
