Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Psychotherapist to join our dynamic team on a sessional basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to individuals with complex mental health needs.

The role requires 15 hours of work per week and involves:

  1. Promoting and delivering services within the company ethos and philosophy.
  2. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide an integrated and coordinated service.
  3. Participating in the development of person-centred plans and contributing to research, service audits, and evaluations.
  4. Maintaining professional standards and quality standards within the service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A recognised qualification of at least Level 8* or higher on the NQAI framework in Counselling and/or Psychotherapy.
  • A fully accredited Psychotherapist status with a professional accrediting body (such as IACP, IAHIP, FTAI, APAC, or similar).
  • At least two years of post-qualifying experience working with clients.
