The Role

Our organisation seeks an experienced Tax Professional to join as a Director in the growing Tax department.

  • Responsible for client relationships at the appropriate level in the client's organisation;
  • Manages a portfolio of sizable assignments by providing intelligent solutions to tax issues both reactively and proactively;
  • Has experience working with large UK corporates including groups and multinational entities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manages sizable assignments providing intelligent solutions to tax issues both reactively and proactively;
  • Seeks out business development opportunities and meets financial targets;
  • Acts as the focal point for delivering sophisticated tax advice, demonstrating ability to analyse and interpret data and apply technical knowledge appropriately;
  • Consults on various technical areas and identifies those able to provide support regarding technical risk;
  • Writes high-quality tax reports and documents;
  • Responsible for financial management of client accounts;
  • Leads, manages, motivates and coaches team members through effective induction, regular feedback and timely appraisals;
  • Demonstrates understanding of the firm's products, services and capabilities and participates in business development activities and sales pitches.
