Job Overview

Dromoland Castle Resort is currently seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Food & Beverage Servers to join our award-winning Earl of Thomond Restaurant. If you're passionate about hospitality and take pride in delivering exceptional service, this is an opportunity to join a world-renowned team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-standard food and beverage service across breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, or dinner.
  • Set up tables, take orders, and serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally.
  • Provide warm, friendly service in line with five-star expectations.
  • Support private events, corporate functions, and team training.
  • Assist other F&B outlets on the resort as needed.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ year experience in a similar hospitality or F&B role.
  • Friendly, chatty, and outgoing with a guest-first attitude.
  • Comfortable working during busy service periods.
  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Fluent in English and eligible to work in Ireland without restriction.
