Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide high-quality support to adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a day service setting.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide person-centred care and support to individuals with ASD, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports as required by management.
  • To participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by adults with ASD.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications relevant to the role.
