About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives, including personal care and everyday tasks
  • Motivating and encouraging service users to engage in planned activities of their choice
  • Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, families, and other relevant individuals to ensure high-quality support is provided
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant healthcare or social care qualification (minimum Fetac Level 5)
  • Full driver's license with two years' experience preferred
  • Current undertaking or holding a CORU-recognised Social Care Qualification
