Support Worker Role

Job Summary:

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals with complex needs. You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality services and promote independence.

  • Supporting individuals with their daily plans

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Assistant Support Worker - No formal qualifications required, but all necessary training will be provided
  • Social Care Workers - A degree in Social Care or a related discipline (Must be registered with CORU)
  • Good attitude to work and a passion for supporting people
  • Full Driver's Licence required or in the process of achieving a Full Driver's Licence
