As a dedicated Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities. Working closely with our team, you will provide personalized support and encouragement to help service users engage in planned activities and achieve their goals.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the care of service users, providing personal care, and promoting independence and integration into the community. You will also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality and adhering to organizational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support and encouragement to service users

  • Participate in regular training and supervision to develop skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Relevant Health Care or Social Care qualification (minimum Fetac Level 5)
  • Full driver's license with two years' experience
  • Currently undertaking or holding a CORU-recognized Social Care Qualification
