Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AI developer to join our Intelligent Automation Team, responsible for identifying, developing, and deploying automated solutions and products using emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, Test Automation, APIs, and Cloud Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Meetings: Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to assess client AI needs and identify suitable solutions
  • Business Development: Participate in client pitches and sales activities, demonstrating expertise in AI and automation
  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to cross-functional teams, driving project delivery from concept to deployment
  • Develop AI Models: Design, build, and optimize AI models and algorithms for financial applications
  • AI Integration: Implement AI solutions into existing business systems/processes to improve functionality and efficiency
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in AI/ML development and solution deployment
  • Leadership skills and ability to mentor junior engineers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with proficiency in Python, machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
