Job Description

  1. Achieve Sales Objectives: Meet and exceed sales targets by strategically managing relationships with pharmacy accounts.
  2. Maximize Promotional Activities: Influence purchasing decisions through effective promotional strategies.
  3. Stock Management: Ensure pharmacies are well-stocked to maintain product availability and customer satisfaction.
  4. Category Solutions: Implement optimal product display solutions to enhance customer experience.
  5. Educate Staff: Train pharmacy staff on product features and benefits to boost recommendations.
  6. Efficient Planning: Develop and follow an efficient journey plan to meet KPIs and drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Pharmacy Sales Experience: Proven experience in selling to Pharmacy accounts with a strong understanding of the Irish market.
  2. CRM Proficiency: Previous experience using a CRM system in daily work with excellent analytical skills.
  3. Confident Communication: Ability to communicate product features and benefits at all levels with clarity and conviction.
